Pocket PC CRM requires 3MB of RAM (plus another 5-10MB for an average-size database) and supports both Pocket PC 2002 and Windows Mobile 2003 handhelds; the company recommends the latter for optimal performance. The software can synchronize the previous versions of Pocket PC CRM.
